MSc IN MIGRATION STUDIES:
Management of Migratory and Refugee Flows in Europe

Selection criteria

After the initial evaluation of the application material by the teaching staff, based on specific criteria, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal on line interview (via Skype or Zoom). The candidates may be invited again to a follow-up, on-line interview, in the event of a tie for the last position. The final selection will be published online and contacted via mail.

As a minimum, applicants should hold or be predicted to achieve the equivalent of an upper second-class undergraduate degree and have an excellent knowledge of the English language (C2). The set of documents you should send comprises the following:

  1. Application form to this course (Button at the end of the left vertical menu)
  2. Detailed CV
  3. Certified diplomas of university/college or institution
  4. Certified academic transcripts of university degree translated into English or Greek
  5. Proof of ID
  6. Two (2) references/letters of recommendation
  7. Proof of proficiency in English (C2)
  8. Academic publications, articles (if any)
  9. Proof of relevant professional experience (if any)
  10. Statement of purpose (a minimum of 500 words up to a maximum of 1000)
  11. Proof of knowledge of any other foreign language
  12. Candidates with undergraduate degrees NOT awarded by Greek Universities will also need to have their degrees recognized by the Greek authorities (Hellenic National Academic Recognition Information Center “DOATAP”)
  13. Candidates may need to submit along any supporting documentation

Course begins: October 10th, 2022
